Getting Your Order to You We are based in the UK, but we ship globally every day. Whether you are ordering from down the road in Farnham, or from the United States via our book links, we treat every package with care.
A Note for our International Friends (USA & Rest of World): We know that waiting for international shipping can be tiresome. We use reliable carriers to get your order to you as safely and quickly as possible. Please allow a little extra time for customs clearance in your country—we promise it will be worth the wait.

OFFICIAL SHIPPING POLICY
Section 1: Books & Media (Fulfilled by Amazon) For books and media items where you are redirected to purchase via Amazon:

Shipping Rates & Times: These are determined by Amazon at the time of checkout. Please refer to your Amazon order confirmation for tracking details.

Prime: If you are an Amazon Prime member, your standard Prime shipping benefits apply to these orders.
Section 2: Direct Store Orders (Exclusive Items) For items purchased directly from Between Distractions (such as card decks, apparel, or exclusive bundles), the following applies:
Processing Time All direct orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United Kingdom: Standard delivery (2-4 business days).

USA & International: International delivery (7-14 business days depending on location).
International Shipping & Duties Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Between Distractions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@betweendistractions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
