Our Philosophy: Simple and Fair We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you order from Between Distractions. We are not a faceless corporation; we are real people who care about the quality of what we send out.

If something isn’t right, or if you have simply changed your mind, please just let us know. We aim to be as generous and flexible as possible within reason.

OFFICIAL REFUND POLICY

Section 1: Returns on Books (Amazon Fulfillment) Many of the books showcased on Between Distractions are fulfilled directly by Amazon.

  • Process: If you purchased a book after being redirected to Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk, that purchase is subject to Amazon’s own Return & Refund Policy.

  • How to Return: Please visit your "Order History" on the Amazon website to initiate a return for these items. We do not have access to your payment details or shipping information for these specific transactions.

Section 2: Returns on Direct Store Items For items purchased directly through the Between Distractions checkout (such as future exclusive card decks, merchandise, or direct-sale books), the following policy applies:

Eligibility for Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@betweendistractions.com.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
